The 1st of December. Pinch punch first of the month, another family tradition, I am not very good at this one though.
I have had an overwhelming urge to do a spring clean (I know it is winter, but..) , one room reorganised, only another 7 to go aargh...
Found the advent box in the garage, the tenth anniversary of the playmobil calender and the homemade Nativity scene calender (picture to follow). The enthusiasm of the older ones is still undiminished for them both and the little ones are fascinated about what happens. They are not too sure about the advent bear/cat/alien creature I have created, maybe that is one tradition to far.
Currently making tangerine sock monkeys for Blackpool fans in New Zealand.
