Today's bake is Sticky Orange Marmalade Cake made from the recipe in this book here.
A slightly old fashioned bake perhaps, I do remember my Grandy making Marmalade cake, not that I ever ate it, not being a fan of marmalade as a child.
This one was made using the marmalade I made a couple of weeks ago.
