roll , roll over over...
Do you remember these monkeys?
I made them for a couple of Hebe's friends last year..
They are made from this free pattern available at mmmcrafts..
Larissa at Mmmcrafts also sells patterns at her Etsy store and after loving the Molly monkeys I bought the pattern for Katy Kitten...
Do you ever think to yourself 'I'm making one so I might as well make a few more'?...
Well, I often have that thought...
So,
seeing as I had lots or different coloured cord left over from making dresses..
I made six....
They make me smile so much, how cute are their little faces ?
They are all sitting on the drawers in my sewing room ready to be parceled up for any lucky birthday girls we have in the family....
Freya would really, really really really really pleeeeease like this one....
Doesn't she look at home sat here on Freya's bed next to the cushion that Freya made ?
But, as I said to her "You will have to wait and see !" - I know, such a Mum thing to say.....
Which is your favourite ?......
Oh aren't they great. My favourite would have to be the one in blue! ;-)
ReplyDeleteThey are all lovely but the 3rd from the left is fav - love the colours in her dress.
ReplyDeleteThey are so adorable! All of them, how could one possibly pick a favourite?
ReplyDeleteNope can't choose. I'm terrible at choosing things. They all look fabulous and will be favourite friends of some lucky little people one day. Well done on your litter! You have such wonderful fabrics to choose from.
ReplyDeleteThey are really fabby - I think my taste is the same as Freya's! 'You'll have to wait and see' was one of my mum's favourite sayings too....and I suspect it pops out of my mouth sometimes as well! Juliex
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute and look lovely together. I think I like the blue one best!
ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous! I love the blue one best, no wonder Freya is hampering after one! :) x
ReplyDeleteAll so gorgeous how can you choose? And how do you find the time?
ReplyDeleteYou're a winner in my book giveaway, I'll e-mail you soon!
I love them all too! They are just the cutest things. Maybe my favourite one would be the one that is grey-ish black. It is hard to pick just one!
ReplyDeleteHope you have been well. Sorry I haven't been by for a while. I always think of you when I read and re-read the magazine you sent!
Best wishes always,
Natasha.
You are so inspiring. Was it that easy to make a few. I have always wanted to make one of these but I like your style of stashing these for birthday gifts. My fav is blue I think....
